This little camera is a great value for the buck. I now own several that are being utilized as trail cameras and security on a small farm. I can depend on these cameras to perform well in all climates. Had several of them for a few years and they have out lasted my Mountie and several other “big” name cameras.

not with this security camera - you can choose between the cloud or install your own micro sd card for video files that are saved as 5-minute clips in mp4, timestamped and dated so you can easily transfer to your mac/pc and browse footage in real time instead of streaming it (this can be cumbersome on a poor internet connection). I have 6 security cameras from this brand that use the same app, so I can easily swipe between all the cameras in different locations. Yea, if your thinking to yourself these aren't Military grade you'd be correct. There not! However what they are is a great and affordable place to start becoming used to NVG. If your a civilian and you cant see in the dark, these will definitely get you to being able to see and have a tactical advantage in the night. If your just wanting to look around your property at night and see the vast amounts of wildlife you wont ever see in the daytime... this is the way to go. You can spend 5k, 8k, 10k on US Military grade NVG to only use them once or twice a year, go for it. But if you cant afford them high price tag NVG's, this will get you to see in the dark for a 10th of the % of the expensive ones. Being able to see in the dark gives you a tactical advantage so don't let thousands of dollars prevent you from being in that advantage group. Mounts perfectly to ANY battle helmet or can be worn on your head with the provided head strap or also can just be used as binoculars for casual viewing in the dark. You choose, but for me I'm gonna definitely see in the dark... question is....are you?

A good craft tool. It has limitations but does the job. The cable in particular is noticeable as it stays in the fold.

I purchased this for an industrial inspection process -- looking at the inside of welded fuel tanks. The ability to bend the cable and have it stay in a position for a few feet was critical for our application. Together with an electrician's fish tape and some wire ties, we were able to articulate this through narrow opening 8 feet away from a small opening.The resolution of the camera is sufficient to make for sharp images on the screen, which is quite clear. However, we really wanted to blow up these images and when they get larger than the screen size, the image turns into a fuzzball.

I had tried all types of security cameras including really expensive ones. They were too complicated and unreliable! This one is easy to use and unexpensive, who would have guessed it?
