I have used ND grad filters for years on my SLR and DSLR cameras. I love scenery photography as opposed to portrait so always looking to sort out the difference in the light between the horizon etc. I live near the sea les that 300m away and walk along the cliffs regularly and don't take my DSLR with me when walking the dogs but always have my iPhone so any unexpected scenes are normally captured using the iPhone. This ND grad filter will come in useful. It fits over the lenses of my iPhone and helps sort out the difference in the light. Once clipped on it is easy to rotate the bezel to the setting you want using your finger. You have to ensure that you do not go past each of the stops or you will get leakage. SO my advise is to check before shooting that you are at the required stop. The other great thing about this filter is that it unscrews from the clip holder and can be screwed onto my 52mm lenses..Bonus... All in all this is a great little filter that I will carry around with me when out walking the dogs. We have a dog walking bag which has Poo Bags and drinking water etc so it sits in the side pocket of the bag in its case. so it is always there if we get a lovely sunset or something really nice to photograph on the sea or beach.. Get little gadget well worth the money highly recommended... As soon as we get anything really nice I will update this with the images...

A bag with metal rings adapters for different lens diameters. 2. A case containing the filter and its leather carrying case. 3. A box with the filter holder. The adapter rings allow us to place the filter holder on any lens as we have a large number of different diameters. They are made of black metal and are well made. With inscription on each ring of the corresponding diameter. The filter is made in Germany glass. It is a 100x100mm square and 2mm thick ND1000 filter. It allows us to remove 10 levels of light to make daylight long exposure photos perfect. In the example photo I've hung, midday is taken at around 30 inches. I love the game that you can get to this filter. The filter comes in a leather case and tissue paper. The case is heavy enough to protect it properly. The glass does not mark easily with fingers and does not attract dust. The filter holder is metallic with the part where the filters come from some kind of very hard plastic. They fit easily on two filters 100x100 and also on the slopes 100x150mm. The attachment system on the adapter ring is thanks to a very handy metal tab. In several tests I ran under different lighting conditions, I didn't notice the ingress of residual light because of the space between the filter and the portafilter. The photographs have a slight magenta tint that is very easy to edit, but they are not overdone at all. With the complete kit and price, it's a fantastic filter to experiment with and get excellent results. I'm really excited and really enjoying it. I highly recommend it!

Bought it to replace the cheap grad filter set that gave horrible images. As soon as you open the boxes, the first thought is how well everything is presented and how high quality it is finished. All metal parts are precisely manufactured. The measuring glass is of high quality. The bag has a leather look and has a tab for easy access to the filter. The filter folder can rotate on the adapter. This is spring-loaded and can be easily attached to and removed from the adapter. Anyone looking for good quality and value for money should consider this kit.

I purchased this grad filter for shooting cars in direct sunlight. I got exactly the effect I was looking for. The car properly exposed with the sky not blown out. This filter is of high quality glass and the mount system is well designed without being overly complex.

In addition to square filters, I have now also bought the cheap magnetic filter holder set. I can only say: great. A second glass-filled filter holder is included, which can be held up permanently with an adapter ring for a second lens size and still! In short: the article convinced me. would i recommend it Yes, everyone who wants to work with a neutral density filter from time to time.
