I wanted a camera for taking some close-ups of my plants and this one does it pretty well, I think. Because of its low price compared to other cameras this would be a neat gift for an aspiring photographer.

This little camera is a great value for the buck. I now own several that are being utilized as trail cameras and security on a small farm. I can depend on these cameras to perform well in all climates. Had several of them for a few years and they have out lasted my Mountie and several other “big” name cameras.

not with this security camera - you can choose between the cloud or install your own micro sd card for video files that are saved as 5-minute clips in mp4, timestamped and dated so you can easily transfer to your mac/pc and browse footage in real time instead of streaming it (this can be cumbersome on a poor internet connection). I have 6 security cameras from this brand that use the same app, so I can easily swipe between all the cameras in different locations. The company I work for bought it about a year ago. I am very happy using it. Before, I had to use a big and old microscope which made it very difficult to work under the lens due to a very small space. The optical part was near the surface and soldering was a really big problem. With this digital microscope, there is space for managing the circuit and soldering tool. I was able to manually solder a very small wire in a pad of 0.5mm (see pictures). Some improvements can be added, make the sliding part longer so that it is possible to take pictures of large parts of the circuit. On the picture I show a small fbga memory, the balls are about 0.4mm

, the part is just awesome, I'm very happy with it, now I can solder parts really well onto my circuit boards.

I needed an endoscope for a close up view of circuit board components.
I also needed precision to identify the reference number of the fuses on my van's fuse box, which is very difficult to access.
Lighting is controlled from the body and does not saturate the lens.
The set offers excellent value for money, the quality of the optics is the most important thing and with an integrated box I now have an autonomous and compact set. I am very satisfied with this endoscope

for this money you really can't ask for better, I use it to inspect and repair circuit boards, it's very easy to use and on a laptop screen it's clearly visible in close-up

Seems to be well made and of sturdy construction. To new to give any feedback yet.
