already had rings to use Canon FD lenses on my Mirrorless Samsung NX30 but I wasn't entirely happy with them... on a friend's suggestion I wanted to try them and I have to say that from a constructive point of view they are really well done . No mechanical play, the lens is firmly attached to both the ring and the camera body and not even the stop-down ring of the apertures (which allows you to set the aperture to the desired value) remains locked in the selected position. If the crush ring is not attached in the Lock position, the aperture blade will not move in the Open position. The EOS M-mount adapter is built better than the SONY E-mount adapter with just the narrower pin (laughs), but despite the fact that the body is too small, the lens weighs quite a bit. So if it is not an adapter with a tripod seat, the mount and the camera screw will be put under enormous stress. Most importantly, FD adapters don't require any tools, and there are few things that detach the tripod seat, so that's an issue.

bought three adapters with a Canon R mount (one for Leica R, one for Contax and one for Minolta MD). They all reach exactly infinity. The internal anti-reflective paint is well finished. When I check them with a caliber, the two sides of the adapters appear planar (but I don't have any wide-aperture lenses to test that on). On the camera side, they are all precise and without light leakage. On the optical side, I noticed a slight light infiltration on two adapters. Of course, I purposely searched for them by bringing a 500 lux LED flashlight half a centimeter away from the adapter. Light penetration is very unlikely in normal situations (perhaps on an easel on the beach in August). I solved it anyway with a small rubber grommet. If you're shooting freehand, that's not necessary, the hand is hiding a possible infiltration. Overall they look like good adapters to me. Due to their robustness, they can withstand lenses up to 600/700 grams. However, I would not mount lenses that are larger than one kg on the nose.

In no way inferior to the Canon original. The only annoying thing is the non-removable mount at the bottom, which is made for mounting on tripods. It feels a bit weird at first, but I personally got used to it over time. The processing quality is good and robust, I've had 2 of them for almost 2 years and they are still in perfect condition. Costs far less than Canon's original and makes only minimal compromises! Excellent!

NIK-NIK Z-Ring single ring, without coupling: Nikon Z-mount male mount, Nikon F-mount mount female for pre-AI, AI and AIS lenses. You can therefore use old lenses whose pre-AI bayonet can damage the FTZ. No problem with a Nikon Z: the light is measured at the actual aperture and manual focusing is done with colored markings in the viewfinder. So I use my old 50mm 1.4, my 20mm 3.5 UD, my 300 4.5 Nikkor H which are all 50 years old... and my AI 50.135 and 200. The ring is well built, no play and we have infinity. NIK(G)-NIK Z-Ring Attention, for Nikon G lenses you need the Nikon FTZ or the NIK(G)-NIK Z-Ring, which allows you to maneuver the aperture, which do not have a ring on the lens. With the NIK-NIK Z, the G lens remains closed at the smallest aperture, so no modification is possible. Attention should also be paid to the IBIS: you need to record the focal length of the manual lens and specify it when using the camera: vibration compensation is much more effective if the Z camera knows the focal length.

I bought it to mount Nikon F mount lenses on a Canon 5D Mark IV and III body and it fits perfectly with zero slack. As these are manual lenses, there is obviously no autofocus and the diaphragm is closed manually.

If they added a tab that closed and opened the diaphragm it would be 100% perfect.
