So this is absolutely my favorite camping lantern and I’ve had a lot of them. Battery lasts a long time. The light is color and brightness adjustable from a very blue cool to a very yellow/amber hue with dimmable light. It’s extremely well-made and is very configurable to be used in different ways. The magnet is strong. The speaker is really useful, I use it a lot when at home.
While this light is a little more expensive than others, once you get it in your hands, you will realize why. This thing is just very well-built, and in my opinion very much worth the extra money.

This telescopic camping light is a unique design. I’ve never seen a light like this that can be extended and then collapsed back to a portable and storageable light. This battery-powered light is very versatile and made with quality and longevity in mind.The features I like include:Telescopic & collapsible – The light can be extended to reach difficult places or compressed back down for easy storage and portability.Magnetic feet – The feet have magnets that allow the light to attach to metal. I love this thing on long kayak camping trips. I leave the house with a fully charged 38mAh “phone” charger battery and the Flexsolar to top off the battery or if I need to quick charge my IPhone I can get from 5% to 80% in an hour of direct sun. My old iPad will not charge directly from the panel and that’s where the battery comes in handy. I leave the Felxsolar bungeed on top of my kayak during the day and on a good day it will full up my battery half way. On cloudy days or if it’s in light shade it still works very slowly. So for safety sake you better have back up just in case.

It feels solid and sturdy.
The backing fabric is double stitched on the corners for added durability.
The connectors all fit snugly into the battery.
The stand seems strong and durable.

To test it out we connected it to a battery.
It was easy to set up.
We charged it in the morning sun and it finished in 4 hours.
We did two more batteries the same day.
It claims to be 23.4% efficient and when we tested it with the battery, that statement weas confirmed.
It collapsed back down easily and should be great to take camping.

We would buy this again.
