I use this adapter on my Canon M50 Mark II and am satisfied. The old EF-L/S lenses can be used with it. That makes you want to keep using the old old lenses. The autofocus works without problems. Only the adapter is mostly made of plastic, but this has not affected the functionality so far.

Hello everyone, since there are no reviews yet I thought I'd write one. The adapter arrived 4 days ago and was even faster than stated. So that's a plus point. Now to the adapter: It's just an adapter that allows you to attach the lenses to the Samsung (NX Mount). No electronic data is passed on to the camera or the lens! Which is also correct, since nothing else is advertised either. Workmanship: The entire adapter is made of metal and makes a stable impression. The EF / EF-S lenses are very tight and don't wobble. The mount for the Samsung bayonet has a very small scope that can be safely ignored. Detaching the lenses works without the lens getting stuck anywhere. Application: Since no electronic data is exchanged, focusing is done manually. The focus help on the Samsung camera is activated with the OK button (Samsung NX300M), a small image section is enlarged and the "sharp edges" are displayed using the focus peak. The aperture is either always the open aperture or you set it beforehand on the Canon camera (choose aperture, press aperture preview button, remove lens) A somewhat cumbersome way. It's definitely more fun with completely manual lenses like those from Samyang or Walimex. But if you are comfortable with working with an aperture, you can have a lot of fun. Tested lenses: EF-S 18-55mm IS II <- OK EF-S 55-250mm IS II <- OK EF 50mm f/1.8 II <- OK EF-S 10-18mm STM <- Doesn't work because manual focus only works with an electrical voltage Conclusion: The adapter does what it promises. All my EF and EF-S lenses work with this adapter on the EOS M. I had previously bought a cheaper adapter without electronics, which I use to adapt the small camera to a telescope. But the electronics are very practical for everyday use with photo lenses! I don't know the Canon original, but there's nothing wrong with this variant. Clear purchase recommendation!

bought the adapter to use my Canon EF 50 1.8 STM and my Canon EF 35 2.0 IS USM on my EOS M. The adapter fits perfectly on my EOS M. The lenses are almost too tight compared to the direct ones themselves, which suggests comparatively high manufacturing tolerances and is consistent with some other reports (hence only four out of five possible stars). Both lenses are fully functional and the autofocus also works perfectly. For example, I can't determine (without having measured this) that the EF lenses with the adapter focus more slowly on my EOS M than the original EFM lenses. I also find the low weight of the adapter very pleasant, so that at least my two EF lenses are not too top-heavy on the EOS M. Addendum on 04/26/2016: In the meantime I have to revise my first impression, because the adapter only seems to have been a little too tight at first. Excellent adapter for fully manual EF lenses (even the aperture) on a Fuji X machine. Well built, it has no breaks on either the camera body or the lens mount.
