Good value for the money. I have found many uses in my house for this camara.

I personally feel safer if my house is guarded when I'm not there. I also find it reassuring that I always know what is happening in and around the house. I feel a little safer then. For this purpose, I wanted a camera that also takes satisfactory pictures in the dark, since there is a lot of darkness in winter. I found that this camera is well suited for this application.

The camera looks like the photos. It's not too big so it's too noticeable on my door, but it's still visible so everyone knows they're being recorded. That alone can make a big difference when it comes to security.

The camera is made of metal and shouldn't cause any problems in wind and weather. So far this has been the case for me too and the camera has withstood all weather conditions.

Before attaching the camera, you should first connect and set it up with the app. I can imagine the process being made more difficult when the camera is already mounted outside. To do this, you first have to download the app using the QR code. With the app itself you have to register first, which I personally find a bit exhausting.

Once registered, you can then connect the app to your device, which worked flawlessly and quickly for me. After that I was able to try out the camera. The picture is really great, I definitely don't need more. I can rotate the camera manually and I can talk through the app. The sound, even coming out of the camera, is crisp and clear. That's great too. When you see something you want to capture, you can either take a picture or a screenshot. This happens without much delay, so that you can really capture what you want.

Motion detection is also important to me. The app always notifies me when it detects motion. Here you can also set how sensitively the camera should react to movement, in which period of time you want to record movements and in which zone. I find that really successful here. You can do the same thing with sound detection.

Overall I think the camera is solid. It works well, the picture is great and it has many features.

Being able to adjust the ND filter and polarization at the same time without swapping the filters is super handy. I have a Sony ZV-1 with a 52mm adapter for the lens and it threads in seamlessly and smoothly with no issues. Although my camera is equipped with a built-in ND filter. Conclusion: I am very satisfied with the camera and can recommend it with a clear conscience!

I use two of the cameras. One in the garden and one at the front of the house. I chose the camera because I didn't want to drill any holes in the house or put extra sockets. Therefore, the camera with battery operation and solar panel is a good alternative. If you position the camera well for yourself (e.g. near a window on the upper floor), you can easily attach a power bank to it in an emergency.

Furthermore, I wanted a camera that does not necessarily need a cloud, but saves everything on an SD card. If someone wants to steal a camera, they do so. If it's high enough, this isn't impossible, but it's a bit more difficult. Therefore, I personally see storage on an SD card as problem-free.

The camera delivers good pictures and is easy to attach. The setup is also very easy. Install the app on your smartphone, switch on the camera, scan the QR code and off you go to the WLAN. That's it already. For the first start-up I would use the smartphone app, later you can also install the Windows software.

A password is assigned to the camera during setup. You should make sure that your password is secure. So at least 8 characters (better more), consisting of numbers, upper and lower case letters and special characters.

Since the camera has been hanging in the garden for a while, I can already say something about the solar panel. I didn't preload the camera on the back. This was attached immediately when the battery level was 70%. The solar panel charged the battery to 100% in a week. The sun doesn't have to shine directly on the solar panel, it's enough that it's just there. On the front of the house, I don't have direct sunlight. A house is just too far ahead for that. Despite this, the battery is kept at 100% in the morning hours.

What I would like for this camera from K&F CONCEPT in the future:

- The possibility of connecting to a server or to the disk station
- A solar panel with good weak light behavior for retrofitting would make the winter days a little better. I have no experience in winter operation but I can imagine that it will be a little more difficult to charge the battery in winter.

So far, the K&F camera has received a clear buy recommendation from me.

However, the settings also play an important role here. Motion detection and a schedule for when the camera is "on" help save battery. When you are at home, the PIR does not necessarily have to be switched on. If you leave the house for a longer period of time, you can quickly change the schedule with just a few clicks.

Addendum:
It's autumn now and so far I'm still happy with the cameras. I had to recharge the camera on the front once with a power bank (there is a lot of movement at the front door in particular).

Since I placed the camera very well, I got to it very quickly and it was charged to 100% again within half an hour. The weak light behavior of the solar panel is also better than expected.

The support is also very good. The second camera was defective from now on and a new one was sent to me without much back and forth writing. The new one was defective when it arrived and a third one was shipped immediately. Everything uncomplicated and fast. The shipping costs for the return were refunded immediately after a short request.

The K&F Concept camera delivers a surprisingly good picture both during the day and at night.
The in-house app must be used. Although this is clearly laid out and self-explanatory, it would still have been nice to have supported common apps such as SmartLife.

A nice treat is the controllability of the camera, so you can pan it left and right or up and down via the app. If desired, the motion detection can send an alarm to the mobile phone, although a certain delay can be noticed here. A theoretically possible conversation via the intercom function is therefore a bit annoying.

Another treat is the included solar panel. In summer this was actually enough, but it remains to be seen whether this will also be the case in winter with little sun and shorter days. If in doubt, you have to recharge the battery, it's not the end of the world.

For me it is actually a good camera and I would recommend it.

I loved how easy this was to set up, no big cables making everything very easy to manage.
it works perfectly, i put a 32gb micro sd card in it a week ago and it still records every time a person walks by my house, pretty sure it will record the whole month of november and december , maybe more?
Love the fact that there is a speaker on it so not only does it pick up sound but it also provides an option to speak through it if I need to speak to a delivery driver or postman I can.
The ability to move it fantastic, I can look up and down the street no problem!
I've even observed my cats with it.
The app is very easy to use, I would leave the notifications off if you live with a lot of people on a busy street as you will get a notification every time someone walks by, but it shows how well it recognizes people. The app also lets you reduce detection sensitivity, which is great if you wanted to keep notifications on.
It's been charging all week and not losing any battery life despite the weather being pretty terrible, not much sun either but it still held up.
Live mode is viewable in SD and HD, but I keep it in HD all the time. It will record in HD no matter what.
I'm sure you can have multiple devices on the app which is perfect if you want 3 or 4 of these around the house when they can pick up the internet very well.
All in all this is a great product, easy to use works great and the price is great too!

I bought this camera to put it infront of my house for a matter of security, I am really satisfied with the ability to control everything directly from my phone with the app Even remotely with both light and darkness the video quality is good, the video has no delay in transmission, also sends you notification ,easy to install, I'll probably buy another one. Great value for money
