Simple plug and play.
I used it with my samsung flip 4, just plugged it in and it appeared as an external microphone, stereo recording in recording apps.
I also asked someone with an iphone to test the lightning receiver (the kit comes with 2 receivers, lighting and usb-c), and it worked instantly for them as well.
Unfortunately, you can only use one receiver at a time -- we tried both phones with receivers and only one was connected.
The mics themselves were smaller than I expected, which is really nice for interviews where you don't want the mics to be seen, but also don't have the budget or the space to have a boom mic. The magnets are pretty good, and the sound quality is good as well.

Great value for 2 mics+ receiver with long battery life at this price point. I am entry level with video creation and trying to run ads for my business—I really liked how easy it was to setup, configure and provides clear audio quality. The magnets are very strong too. I found that mounting the mic inside my shirt (+ wind screen) with the square magnet piece on the outside provided a great sound and keeps the mic very low profile—can barely tell it’s there.

This is such an equipped camera. With enough storage and accessories. The quality with flash is amazing I am surprised. Can’t wait to get more use out of it!

I got this digital camera mostly as a gift for my daughter who loves doing photography. One of the first things you should do is format the memory card. I would also recommend changing the mega pixel settings to the highest in both picture mode and video. When I used the camera, I was really impressed with the picture quality. I love how it has different modes for shooting and capturing video. It has a USB-C port which is a big plus. You can also use it as a webcam. I love how it comes with 2 batteries and a memory card among other things. The built in flash does an amazing job lighting up the scene. You can also attached an external flash on top of the camera. You do need to press the button slightly for it to focus before taking a picture and that can sometimes cause a person to miss a scene that goes away quickly. The camera feels good in my hands, unlike other digital camera that feel flimsy. I can see many uses for this camera, specially if you want to make Youtube videos.

not for professional photographer but you will love this camera's pictures quality and good materials as well, the flash is a plus point.

This camera is great for taking pictures and videos with. You can zoom in and out for the pictures and you can turn on flash! You can switch the modes of the camera and look back at your picture and videos with just one button! This camera is great to use if your want to vlog stuff without using your phone, and you can download the pictures and videos to your computer but I haven’t done that to see if it worked yet. The pictures are not blurry at all when you go back to look at them. I’ve been using this camera and it’s been great and just like the descriptions.

This is a solid microphone for the price,, I am very impressed. I filmed a take outside on a very windy day and did not hear any feedback on the recording. It is also very discreet and it couldn't be seen in my video, but also didn't pick up any noise from my hair, which is a problem for other sensitive microphones. It was easy to pair the microphone and the receiver, and the receiver worked great with my IPhone. 10/10 would recommend!

Transmitter unit uv index quit working. Tech Support was very helpful. and timely. i would email a question and by the next morning i had a response. they continued to work with me until it was determined that the uv part of the transmitter was not working. they mailed out a replacement and i received it within a week. the new transmitter fixed the problem. it was nice to find a company that polite and responsive.
