I needed a camcorder but I didn't want something that was going to take up an enormous amount of space such as a normal camcorder wood and I didn't think the appropriate device would be a mobile phone so I wanted a completely dedicated device just for that it could then transfer onto an SD card and be worked on without going through any cloud services.

This camera is as compact as a very slim lined digital camera should be however it will still do 1080p video which should be high enough definition for anybody's needs. The zoom is 16X Digital so you don't end up with a huge lens taking up an enormous amount of space which again was a very important factor for myself, and overall it's just a very handy device to have on hand at all times.

All in all a very good camera for the price!
