This is a very nice, inexpensive UV protection filter that is ultra thin. The slim design is exactly what I was looking for to protect my new Nikkor Z Series 24-120mm F4S 77mm. The slim 3mm depth eliminates vignetting in the wide angle end at 24mm. This filter has a multi-coated Nano-K glass that is designed to block and prevent the harmful effects of UV rays and glare. But more importantly, it protects the front of my new lens from dust, scratches, and possible impacts. It is a beautiful aluminum frame with a CNC machined edge on the other side that makes it easy to attach and remove the UV filter. The double threaded filter allows you to screw on a polarizing filter with ease. You also get a great matching lens cap with the K&F logo on the front of the cap. Awesome. You can always use an extra lens cap. Pricing for this cheap K&F Concept 77mm UV Protection Filter with Lens Cap is great value for money to protect your lens. It is well made, good quality glass was used, I have no issues with fit and threading, clarity or vignetting. This is another great product from K&F Concept.

I first bought the K&F Nano series filter for one of my lenses. I believe it was for my Nikon 80-200mm F2.8 D ED lens. This lens produces really sharp images at a distance and is not a close focus lens, even noted by Nikon. I bought the lens used and it came with a dented UV filter. I got ghosting and when I removed the filter the ghosting was significantly reduced. I ended up buying several more for my other lenses. I also use B+W filters. Well-made filters too, but a little more expensive. The K&F is by no means a $100 filter, but for the price it does what I need it to do. I particularly like the grease and water-repellent nano-coating. Worked well when I was shooting at the beach. The sea fog is easy to remove,
We really don't need UV filters anymore with digital because UV doesn't interfere with the sensor like it did with film. I just use them to avoid having to constantly clean the front elements of my lenses. I think keeping this to a minimum will prevent potentially scratching the element. I know there are a few schools of thought on this subject, but I just do what I'm comfortable with. From what I've read and can tell, the filter is glass and not plastic, which is nice these days. I have them on all my lenses now and am happy with them.

This K&F Concept 77mm UV filter is a good accessory for your expensive camera lenses. It protects the front element from dust and scratches - or in my case flying mud at motocross events. The filter fits easily on to all my 77mm filter threaded lenses, and comes with a centre release K&F lens cap too. The lens cap also has a cap keeper if you want to avoid loosing the lens cap.

What I like about this filter is the thickness - or lack of it - as it's 3mm thick and that means it doesn't appear to darken the corners of the frame even on the wide-angle lenses I tried. I used it on my 16-35mm lens and there was no visible vignetting with this filter, and that does happen with thicker filters. The multi-coating must be rather good too as I did not see any evidence of lens flare even without a lens hood and the sun in the edge of the frame.

The UV blocking capabilities are not needed these days for digital cameras as the image sensors have a UV filter on them, so you won't see a change in the colour cast as described in the product info.

The filter comes in a good protective box, and also includes a microfibre cleaning cloth.

For the price this is a good value lens protection filter.

EVERY LENS SHOULD HAVE A UV FILTER FOR IMPACT PROTECTION. NOT THE BEST QUALITY BUT IT WORKS FOR A LENS I WILL ONLY USE 10-15 TIMES A YEAR. CANON R3

Worked well when I was photographing at the beach. Easy to clean the sea mist off without smearing.

Absolutely love this 77mm nd filter it fits perfectly on my nikon 70-200 f2.8. I use stpe up rings for other lenses like my 85mm f1.4. The ease of use is phenomenal and it slides so effortlessly. I love this nd filter I'll recommend it to anyone mslide to the darkest and put your aperture wide open and shoot a long exposure at day time for amazing results. Enjoy!
