This is not an astronomy camera, it's a general purpose battery-powered, image-stabilized audio/video color camera. It communicates with your smartphone or tablet via WiFi. I dreagged out a rescued-from-the-trash 102mm el-cheapo refractor, clamped the camera on its eyepiece, and quickly focused on a fake windmill three miles away. I also tried shooting right into the low-angle sun glare in the ocean and the camera didn't blink (like I did)--the automatic gain control took it in stride. Mind you, the telescope made things seem close, not the camera--all it does is replace your eye. This is good because that means you can clamp it onto anything you might look through, such as a riflescope or microscope, or even just point it out the window. Set up is a little fiddly, but if you've hooked up a camera with its own WiFi hotspot it will be a snap. Select the camera wifi hotspot in your camera's settings and then use the app. In short, if you like cool stuff, this is well worth the money.

Like the carrying case that comes with them and with two you can either do an interview or have a second one for long recording so you do not need to wait for a charge. It's the best security camera I have that is completely wireless, self-sufficient and has a solar panel to charge the battery so I don't have to take it off to charge every 2 months. What a lovely design as the plastic used for this unit is a high quality material and it comes with all the hardware including a paper template for drilling holes to ensure a perfect installation. It also comes with an extra USB cable just in case you need to charge it with a USB charger, but my camera arrived 100% charged showing no battery drain when it's off and the battery does not discharge itself. What I love most is that it has a fully motorized head, so you can use your phone to pan your head in all directions to check what's going on outside. I am very impressed with this feature as all 4 security cameras I have are only fixed in one direction so you can only see in one direction. So I had 2 cameras in the front and one on the back and side of the house. This one camera will cover the front and/or back of my entire house. No waste of expensive electricity either, as it is completely self-sufficient in power thanks to the included solar panel, which doubles as a shield or canopy to protect it from harsh weather. The only thing missing from this pack is a Micro SD/TIFF card and you're good to go. Very easy and uncomplicated installation. This is the best iPhone tripod I've ever used, and it has some nice features, like a Bluetooth remote (which paired quickly with my iPhone 15 Pro) to take photos using your phone's camera, so you don't have to set the camera's timer and rush back to get into the shot. And when you're not using it, the remote snaps into one of the tripod legs, which also have a rubberized bottom for extra traction. This product also seems sturdy and well-built. Additionally, the magnet is strong and holds the phone very securely. However, if your phone doesn't have a magnetic case, you don't have to worry, because there are also spring-loaded mounts that easily pop out to give a firm grip on a phone. Finally, the instructions are short, easy to understand, and well-illustrated. The only negative I encountered — and this is a very minor thing — is that after replacing the battery in the remote, it can take some patience for the cover to snap properly into place (i.e., for it to lay flat). But I doubt most people will be replacing the battery very often. Just don't force it or you might break it. Overall, this is a nice iPhone tripod that can also be used as a selfie stick.

I ordered it to find pipe connections for buried roof and patio drain piping.
It worked very well - - I was able to see a very clear image with both an iPhone and an iPad.
I was able to get the wireless connection to both the iPhone and iPad, but not both at the same time.
Both my wife and my neighbor seemed to quickly establish the wireless connection to an iPhone or an iPad, but I got very frustrated while trying to find the proper steps to do it consistently without help.
With both the iPad and the iPhone, the display seemed to keep up with the motion of the camera. I did not notice any lag at all. The image was very sharp in about the middle third of the advertised focus distance from the camera. The image got a bit blurry towards the minimum and maximum advertised distances from the camera. But even at the 16 inch advertised upper limit, the image was still useful, even if not very sharp.
