This is really great. Although I wish they had a battery source for both lights. The frame seems a bit light, I think if it were a bit heavier it would give the feel of a high end digital microscope. I agree, it's not like I'm going to throw this around like a football.

I was looking for a good surveillance camera to keep an eye on my car. Now I have found it. The camera is battery operated and recharges itself through the solar panel. The installation is therefore very simple, without annoying power connection. The image quality is exceptionally good. In addition, the camera has a motion detector & is swiveling, ie you can always look who just rings at the front door.
All in all, I am very convinced of the surveillance camera and am already thinking about getting a 2nd.

I don't know how many camping lights I've used over the years...a lot. I have a whole box of camping lights in my garage and this one by far is my favorite. It's light, small, has great versatility and brightness. Everything I need in a lamp. It's made out of sturdy, durable materials, has a heft to it, and can be used in a million different ways. Also, it has a cool design.

Omg!! This is one of the best lights I have ever bought. Perfect for camping or sitting it on top out a table in the evening. The battery life is beyond outstanding. I used it for a weekend camping trip and the battery lasted both nights. I left it on all night as a night light in the middle of the campsite on one charge. From dark to the next morning. For 2 nights and the battery wasn’t dead yet. I recommend this to everyone.

Have not been able to use effectivly ..Trouble finding a battery for remote which seems to be necessary and the flexible lights ,which were a selling point for me are useless without a battery and no mention of why no battery or at least where to find one.......jd
update...Duh! Found the socket for the lights...It showed a battery not included so I was trying to find a battery....All fine now but a little more info would have been helpful.......

I love this thing on long kayak camping trips. I leave the house with a fully charged 38mAh “phone” charger battery and the Flexsolar to top off the battery or if I need to quick charge my IPhone I can get from 5% to 80% in an hour of direct sun. My old iPad will not charge directly from the panel and that’s where the battery comes in handy. I leave the Felxsolar bungeed on top of my kayak during the day and on a good day it will full up my battery half way. On cloudy days or if it’s in light shade it still works very slowly. So for safety sake you better have back up just in case.
