Easiest setup tripod I've used
picked up this K&F Concept 67"/170cm Eccentric Tube Cellphone Tripod for a lighter and easier setup when doing short video recordings in and around my place.Pros: super easy to extend legs and neck (twist to unlock - extend - twist back to lock), relatively lightweight, quick setup and take downCons: not as compact as I'd like, cheap and flimsy carrying pouch, ball-head, ball-head removalOverall: this is a super awesome, quick,y and easy-to-use travel tripod that can be set up within a minute and ready to use and record then taken down just as quickly. With a lot of the newer tripods that have come out in the last year, I feel there should be a way to make this more compact and either include (for more $) a better ball head or make it easier to remove and replace the ball head that's on the tripod. So, if you're looking for a super inexpensive, quick, easy-to-use travel tripod, then look no further than the K&F Concept Eccentric Tube Tripod.

Very good
In short: very stable, does not wobble, not even when the telescopic tube is extended (because of double attachment), both tripod and monopod (!), very good: ball joint with recess for 180° upward shots, legs can be easily extended and attached, horizontal ones Rotation smooth and very stable. I am very pleased.

The best tripod I've ever had
The tripod if mounted with all the extension tubes supplied, becomes much higher than declared, losing almost nothing in stability, but only if loaded with something heavy, but for reflexes without heavy lenses or small cameras it is perfect! The single foot that comes off as a monopod is very comfortable. excellent weight/stability compromise, I use it on trekking outings and it doesn't weigh me that much. Finally, I find the hook below the central tube very useful on which to attach the backpack or the weighted tripod case itself in order to act as a counterweight and make everything more stable! Super recommended

Good budget, lightweight tripod.
I needed a cheap, light(ish) tripod for a sudden trip as there was a fair amount of walking involved and this seemed to fit the bill nicely.

The head is smooth to pan, easy to adjust and locks tightly with no issues. The plate mount is arca-Swiss compatible so had no issues swapping plates on all my gear which was a bonus.
The legs are quick to deploy and lock up very securely. They’re relatively sturdy for the small cross section.

Some reviews mention that the tripod isn’t very stable and with the centre tube fully extended with a heavy lens/camera I can confirm that there is a definite (although relatively small) amount of wobble. However with smaller MFT gear I had little issues, especially when the tube is dropped lower. Using a guy rope and pegging the tripod down via the sprung hook kept the tripod rock steady in high wind on the side of a very exposed mountain slope.

I’ve not had time to use the tripod for an extended period so I can’t attest to its long term durability but I’m fairly confident it’ll stand up to some reasonable abuse, no doubt time will tell.

Is it as good as my Manfrotto? Of course not, but it’s less than 1/5th the price and 1/3rd of the weight, I’d buy another again should this one ever get stolen.

fantastic tripod for the price
This tripod folds up so small and the maximum extension is super high. Taller than any other tripod I've used. I'm a real estate photographer and the ball head is very useful for leveling the camera for all directions. The tripod is sturdy and has three adjustable leg shafts and two adjustable center column rods. It also rotates comfortably and smoothly when everything is tightened and the tripod is not moved. Incredibly happy with the purchase.
I bought this tripod and a Manfrotto tripod and went with the much cheaper K&F tripod as the stability was comparable, the height was much higher (for outdoor shooting) and it was a lot cheaper. I can only recommend this tripod.

Good budget, light tripod.
needed a cheap, lightweight (similar) tripod for a sudden trip as I had to walk quite a bit and this seemed to fit well. The head pivots easily, is easy to adjust and locks firmly into place with no issues. The plate mount is Arca-Swiss compatible so I had no trouble swapping plates on all my gear which was a bonus. The legs insert quickly and lock very securely. They are relatively robust for the small cross-section. Some reviews mention that the tripod isn't very stable, and when the center tube is fully extended with a heavy lens/camera I can confirm that there is some (albeit relatively minor) wobble. However, I had small problems with smaller MFT devices, especially when the tube was lowered. Using a guy rope and attaching the tripod via the spring hooks kept the tripod stable in high winds on the side of a very exposed mountainside. I haven't had time to use the tripod for any length of time so I can't confirm its long term durability but I'm fairly confident that it will withstand reasonable abuse no doubt time will tell. Is it as good as my Manfrotto? Of course not, but it's less than 1/5 the price and 1/3 the weight, I would buy one again if it ever got stolen.

Jeepers, this thing is a wonder!
I've been into photography for about 35 years, the last 5 of which in a semi-professional capacity. I've gone through a LOT of tripods of various levels, but never one to spend $500+ on a tripod. Photographers today have a lot more economical options, and this one is at or near the top of that pyramid.

Wow, where to start... I read some of the other positive reviews and it seems like they're pretty much covered it, so I'll just throw in my agreement: you'd have to spend a LOT more to get a better tripod than this.

It's at an awkward position in the tripod range - pricey for the beginner, and too inexpensive for the seasoned pro who wants only the best. If this is perhaps more than you wanted to spend, but CAN afford this - don't go through the pain of constantly moving up every few years like I did, jump ahead and buy this one. When I was starting out, to get a tripod anywhere near this quality, you'd have to spend MANY hundreds of dollars (in 1990's money).

The quality and materials are all Good/Excellent. I recently reviewed a similar tripod that was a bit cheaper, but not nearly as flexible as this one and it had a few cheaper-feeling pieces. I felt it deserved 5 stars for value, so this one definitely qualifies for a 5.

First off - this is the TALLEST tripod I have ever seen!!! In addition to having one more leg segment than most, the vertical extension tube in the center has TWO telescoping segments as well! (With two ball-head joints) This can stretch higher than I could even reach. Crazy!

And, as you can see in the description, the center tube can be made to swivel and tilt. I tried it in the (almost) worst-case scenario - my heavy Canon with a mid-size lens in the fully-extended horizontal position with the camera aimed in a "normal" horizontal position. Admittedly, it struggled to hold this position, but it did. It might not have been able to do it with one of my heavy telephoto (100-400) but that would be an odd scenario anyway.) WIth the tube only halfway extended, it should be able to hold just about anything you can throw at it.

The ball head works really well. Smooth and no free play, and no matter what angle you have your camera at when you lock it down, it will stay without any drift. (Okay, maybe a millimeter or 2 of drift, but that's probably just from releasing the upward pressure your own hand was exerting on the whole rig - not the ball head itself that's moving.)

You can flip the center stack so that you can mount your camera on the bottom for a low perspective. I did not actually test this feature yet so I'm not sure how difficult it is to flip the mechanism. Suffice to say, this tripod can probably do any oddball position that you've ever seen any tripod do.

All the legs and latches that matter are aluminum. The plastic and rubberized parts are well above the average.

Being aluminum, it's surprisingly light for its size. That said, it's not hard to get a quality, lighter tripod, even in this price range, but it will be a smaller tripod. When you consider the size and flexibility of this one, it seems pretty light.
Most photographers have multiple tripods, and this one makes a good case for that as well. This is a wonderful "does everything" tripod, but it might be a bit bulky and overkill for long-distance hiking. (However, one of the legs can be detached and combined with parts from the center stack to be used as a monopod - so with some effort, this could truly be an all-purpose tool.) Personally, I would have a quality, low-frills, light tripod for travel or hiking, and this one for all staged, commercial, or studio work. It's a great studio tripod - the flexibility lends itself well to product photography.

OK, I feel like I'm rambling without adding a whole lot of new info. EXCELLENT product, excellent quality especially for the price, can go ridiculously tall, lightweight for the size. No hesitation in recommending it.

Hope this helps!

Yes.
Q
What is the difference between carbon fiber tripod and aluminum tripod?
A
For the same size tripod, carbon fiber will weigh about 30% less than aluminum alloy, and its strength will be higher, and it will not rust. But the value is also higher.
Q
How long is the tripod extension arm? can you also take pictures from above on a photo table? is the arm long enough? and the tripod stable enough?

Horizontal mode: can you tilt the boom/extension up and down?
A
Dear Customer, it couldn't be tilted up and down. but you can archive it by adjusting the legs to get specific angle that you need.
