Not much to say here other than this filter is a winner for the asking price. The filter itself is lightweight and has a deep knurl between 2-4... and 8-10 (depending on the clock setting). It comes with a hard case for storage, a cleaning cloth, a lens cap and a strap for the lens cap. Everything you need to get started, it's a complete set. If you need a UV filter, you can't go wrong here. Recommended.

My five year old got this for Christmas. I hid quarters and some other objects for us to find. The detector did not detect the quarters, but it did find many other things. Lots of things were too deep for us to find. I did not expect the detector to detect things so deep. This product is a lot of fun. We can't wait to take it to the beach. However, it is NOT waterproof. Be careful.

My seven year old granddaughter loves her metal detector and has had hours of fun.
